The three people behind BE3 are: Alf Sanchez, MS in Applied Mathematics (BS ME'01), Master Statistician and Actuarian; Jerome Rivadelo (BS MCT'03), Multimedia Master; and former Child Star and FAMAS Awardee RR Herrera (BS MCT'02), Master of Events and Public Relations.

Blue Eagle 3 Entertainment Company started back in 2002. The first ever project of BE3 was the Club President Induction of the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines District 381. The team owes a lot of gratitude to IWCP because aside from producing numerous events for their organization, it is through this organization where the team discovers new clients expands its network. From event production, the team ventured in to print and multimedia development.
